On November 14, Micah Australia, in partnership with many of Australia’s leading Christian NGOs, will bring hundreds of Christians together in Sydney for a one day climate justice conference called “Light The Way”.

In an atmosphere of worship, we'll listen to personal stories of people already impacted by climate change, learn about the latest climate science, explore the theology of climate justice and take action together.

On the eve of the UN climate summit in Paris (November 29), millions of people across the world will take part in the largest climate mobilisation in history, known as the “People’s Climate March”. In Sydney, we'll focus on how we can turn out a large, beautiful presence of Christians to walk and pray together, joining tens of thousands of people in our city to light the way to a brighter future.

The Paris meeting is a historic chance to secure a stronger global agreement. Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull knows stronger action from Australia is needed - it's up to all of us to give him the mandate to act boldly.
